  • Email us - info@ballasthouse.com to start the ordering process.

    Once a deposit is received, your piece will go into production. Unless otherwise noted, all pieces require a 10 week lead time from receipt of deposit. This does not include ship time.

  • Trade discounts start at 20% and increase with order size. Email us for more details - info@ballasthouse.com

  • Our pieces are offered in multiple wood, metal and upholstered finishes. See the respective Tear Sheet for more information.

    All lighting is built to order and adjusted to perfectly fit your space.

  • METAL: Dust gently with a microfiber cloth or duster. Do not use commercial metal cleaners or abrasives as they will damage the patina.

    GLASS: Clean clear glass with glass cleaner, avoiding surrounding wood or metal. Clean etched glass only with a microfiber cloth or dry rag.

    WOOD: Wipe wood with a dry cloth. Do not use furniture waxes or polishes on wood surfaces as they will damage the finish.

  • Each fixture comes with a light bulb guide that will direct you to the proper bulbs. Contact us with any questions - info@ballasthouse.com

  • Lighting pieces should be professionally installed by a licensed electrician. Our pieces are shipped fully assembled, with the exception of drop stems, and require minimal assembly on site. We provide installation instructions, all necessary hardware, and are available for additional support on a case-by-case basis.
